Are you an experienced manager within Healthcare Recruitment looking to take your career into Divisional management? Our Manchester based Healthcare team are looking for a Divisional manager with the ability to mentor, lead and develop the team.

As a Divisional Manager you will be supported by an experienced leadership team who will provide you with everything you need to drive your business forward. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who is hands on, you will be results focused and strategic, not only leading the team but running your own recruitment desk.

What we are looking for:

  • A proven track record of success within Healthcare Recruitment is ideal for this role
  • Experience Managing a team of successful consultants through people development, performance management and the setting of key, smart objectives
  • To manage a small team of 4 – growth targets to increase this headcount to at least 6 by the end of the year
  • Cover a Health and social care contract desk. The specialisms we recruit for are currently split into 4 areas – Social Work (children’s & adults), Unqualified, AHP & SEN
  • Looking for someone who has experience in one of these areas so they can come in and make an immediate impact by adding to the experience and skillsets we currently have on the team
  • Supplying to clients in the private sector, councils & the NHS
  • Full autonomy in the role
