About the team:

Search Industrial in Leeds are a well established brand who have an extremely strong presence across the region. Our Leeds office is growing and looking to appoint a Manager to lead the business.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for a step up, or current Manager to utilise our market presence within the Industrial sector in Leeds, covering Warehouse Operatives and FLT drivers up to Managerial positions. You will be responsible for growing the business and maintaining standards of service and delivery as well as growing the team of consultants.

Our Industrial Division is well established across the country and there is the opportunity to benefit from supplying into nationwide clients as well as developing the local SME market in Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful group of Managers that are well placed for success, with good foundations in place and to benefit from the expected growth that is imminent.

The Opportunity:

We are interested in hearing from Senior Recruitment Consultants who are looking to step into management, or Recruiters with managerial experience within Industrial recruitment looking for a clear route to Divisional Manager. The role is to both grow the business through sales, speaking to local companies about the candidates we have available as well as leading and managing the team to ensure best practice within the division.

You will have the ability to establish and maintain effective candidate and client relationships.
